This product is an genuine Perkins 2848A126 water temperature sensor, specially designed for diesel engine cooling systems. By monitoring the coolant temperature in real time and feeding it back to the control system, it enables precise adjustment of fuel injection volume, ensuring efficient operation of the engine under different working conditions. It is equipped with high-precision sensing elements that can capture the changes in coolant temperature in real time, and the measurement range covers the full operating conditions of the engine. Data is rapidly transmitted to the ECU via a 2-pin interface to ensure that the control system can promptly adjust the fuel injection volume and ignition timing, avoiding difficulties in cold start or the risk of overheating.

The thread specification is M18×1.5, the interface size is consistent with the original factory design, and direct replacement is supported.

Daily maintenance
Regularly check whether the connection of the sensor wiring harness is loose to avoid signal interruption caused by poor contact.
It is recommended to use diagnostic equipment to check whether the sensor output value is within an error range of ±2℃ every 500 hours of operation or during seasonal changes.
