Perkins Motor U5MK8261 is the core power component of the engine starting system, equipped with a high torque permanent magnet motor. Through optimized magnetic circuit design, the output torque at the moment of starting is increased by 30% compared to traditional motors. It can easily drive the engine crankshaft to run in a low temperature environment of -30 ℃, shorten the cold start time, and avoid battery depletion caused by weak starting. The motor rotor adopts high-strength alloy shaft, which is dynamically balanced to control the vibration amplitude within 0.1mm during operation, reducing the noise and component wear during startup.
Its unique planetary gear reduction structure efficiently converts the motor speed into starting power, with a transmission efficiency of 96%, reducing energy loss compared to ordinary gear reduction methods. Combined with an intelligent control module, it can automatically adjust the starting current according to the battery voltage, and maintain stable output even when the voltage is low, avoiding excessive power consumption. The shell is made of die cast aluminum alloy material, which has undergone anodizing treatment, combining lightweight and corrosion resistance. It can adapt to humid and dusty outdoor conditions, and has excellent heat dissipation performance. After 5 consecutive starts, the surface temperature does not exceed 60 ℃.
The compatible models cover Perkins 2000 series and 4000 series engines, including mainstream models such as 2006C-E13TAG3 and 4012-46TWG2, which are widely used in the starting system of heavy engineering machinery and marine generator sets.
